Ryan spent several months in Texas and Louisiana doing home inspections for FEMA in the aftermath of the hurricane season of 2005. He is a member of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and is also a member of The National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) he is also American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) certified.
